Privacy Policy
Version of 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site and contact us, why we need it, who it may be shared with, how we use cookies and what rights you have.
1Who we are
Data controller: Anton Tokariev, acting on behalf of Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp” (hereinafter “we”), brand Ilarium.
2What data we collect
When you write to us
You can contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger by clicking a button on the site. We receive what you provide or send yourself: your messenger profile name, username or phone number, the text of your message, links and files.
The “Describe a task” form on the site does not send data to our servers: it builds the message text in your browser and opens the messenger you chose. The message reaches us only after you press “Send” in the messenger yourself.
When you pay for services
Payment is processed by the Stripe payment service on its own page. We do not receive or store your bank card details: they are processed by Stripe. We receive the data needed to arrange the deal and for accounting: name, email address, country, invoicing details (for example a company name and tax number, if you provide them), the amount and the payment status.
When we do work for you
To carry out tasks we may receive information about your business and access that you provide. We use it only to carry out the task. Work is done in your accounts and you can revoke access at any time.
Technical data and tracking data
When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page address, browser and device type. This is necessary for the operation and security of the site.
With your consent we also use cookies and trackers for statistics and advertising (section 9). To display the page, fonts and icons may be loaded from the servers of third-party services (Google Fonts and others), which makes your IP address available to them.
3Why and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Reply to your message, estimate the task, conclude and perform a contract, accept payment | Art. 6(1)(b): steps at your request and performance of a contract |
| Accounting and tax records, compliance with legal requirements | Art. 6(1)(c): legal obligation |
| Site security, protection against abuse, protection of our rights | Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest |
| Visit statistics, measuring and showing advertising (cookies and trackers) | Art. 6(1)(a): your consent |
We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.
4Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be received by organisations that help us operate:
- WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger (Meta): the correspondence you start yourself;
- Stripe: payment processing;
- the site's hosting provider and infrastructure suppliers;
- providers of analytics and advertising tools, for example Google and Meta: only if you have consented to the relevant cookies;
- accountants and legal advisers, where needed for bookkeeping and protecting our rights;
- public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
When carrying out tasks, data may be processed by AI services through your own accounts and keys. We do not use client data to train models.
5Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the services listed are located or process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases the transfer is protected by GDPR mechanisms provided by the providers themselves: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6Retention periods
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Where the law requires data to be kept longer, for example accounting and tax documents under Polish law, we keep them for the period set by law. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
Retention periods for cookies and trackers depend on the type of file and the service provider (section 9).
7Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about what data of yours we process, and a copy of that data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data or restriction of its processing;
- receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to us using the contacts at the end of this document. We will reply within the period set by law.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). You can also contact the data protection authority in your own country.
8Security
The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). We restrict access to data and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. The site is not intended for persons under 18.
9Cookies and trackers
Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser. We use them and similar technologies:
- Necessary. They make the site work and remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Analytics. They help us understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, how they interact with elements.
- Marketing. They help us measure the effectiveness of advertising and show advertising, including on other sites and platforms.
Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only with your consent. For this we may use Google services (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel) and similar tools. They may receive cookie identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and your actions on the site.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
For more on how these services process data, see their policies: Google, Meta.
