More clients
with the same team
Your specialists spend hours on work that earns nothing: exports, daily account checks, assembling reports at the end of the month. Ilarium takes that routine over and leaves your team what the client actually pays for: strategy and decisions.
Your account manager's morning: everything already checked and laid out
An agency doesn't run out of clients.
It runs out of team hours.
Every new project adds not only revenue but a fixed amount of routine. At some point growth means hiring — and the margin gets eaten along with it.
Month-end eats a week
Exports, reconciling spreadsheets, assembling a deck for every client. Work you cannot charge more for, but cannot skip either — otherwise the client decides nobody is looking after them.
The client spots the problem before you do
A specialist physically cannot look into every account every day. When the client is first to notice the budget went nowhere, the conversation is no longer about advertising — it is about retention.
Growth runs into hiring
More clients means more specialists, onboarding and quality control. The profit on each new project melts away because the permanent load on the team keeps growing.
Quality depends on who is on shift today
A strong specialist keeps their accounts in order; an overloaded one manages as best they can. There is no single standard of review, and the client judges the agency by its worst case.
What the system takes off your team
Four processes that today are done by hand and take up most of a specialist's week.
Data collection across all accounts
Every three hours, statistics from every connected Facebook and Instagram ad account are collected into a single database. No manual exports, no reconciling spreadsheets: spend, clicks, conversions, CPA and ROAS by campaign and ad set, always current.
A daily check on every account
One standard of review applied to every client without exception: a spend spike, CPA rising above target, delivery stopping, creative burnout, a cap overrun. The problem reaches the account manager the day it appears — before the client notices it.
Preparing the decisions
Twice a week the AI works through the accumulated statistics and produces a concrete plan for each account: budgets, pauses, targeting, creative rotation — each justified by the numbers. The specialist does not start from a blank page; they review and adjust something ready.
Client reporting
The weekly digest and the monthly report generate themselves, with conclusions in plain language. Plus a live dashboard on a secret link: the client opens it at any moment and sees the current picture — no logins, no passwords, no calls to you.
Control stays with the agency
The system never acts on its own. It prepares the decisions and waits for your specialist's confirmation — “Apply all”, “Select” or “Dismiss”. Before anything is applied, every action passes a check against the configured limits: budget step, daily ceiling, prohibited operations. Responsibility to the client stays where it belongs — with you, but with a safety net.
What changes in the agency's economics
The useful unit is not “features” but team hours and projects per specialist.
What it costs an agency
The rollout is fixed. Support is optional: if you have a technical specialist on the team, they can maintain the system themselves, and then you pay only for the integration.
Full integration of the tool into your processes and handover to your team. From then on you maintain the system yourselves.
Suitable if you have someone ready to watch the server and react to changes in the Meta API.
We hold the technical side. The cost depends on the number of connected accounts — here is an example for 10:
That is €20.50 per account per month. The more accounts are connected, the lower the cost of each. We work out the exact figure for your volume together.
What you get
A deployed instance configured to your processes — not a login to someone else's service.
Every client in one loop
Accounts are connected as needed. One operator sees the picture across every project at once instead of switching between a dozen ad accounts.
A dashboard for the client
A separate secret link for each client: they open it on their phone and see current numbers. It removes half the “so how are the ads doing?” messages from your inbox.
Reports without manual assembly
A weekly digest and a monthly report for every account. Your manager proofreads and sends instead of building from scratch.
A safety net against expensive mistakes
Change limits are verified in code before anything is applied. A human mistake made in a hurry stops costing the agency its reputation.
A standard instead of heroics
Checks are identical for every account and do not depend on one employee's experience or workload. A new hire gets up to speed faster.
Configured to your rules
Target metrics, budget boundaries, priorities and the wording in reports are all set to your agency's processes during the rollout.

Straight talk: where the limits are
You are professionals and you will test every claim in the first week. So here are the limits up front, before the invoice.
- The system does not replace a strategist. It lifts the routine and holds the standard of review. Positioning, the offer and the creative idea remain your team's work.
- It does not work without a human. Every change requires your specialist's confirmation — a deliberate decision, not a missing feature.
- It does not produce creatives. It will tell you a banner has burnt out and needs replacing, but production stays with you.
- Facebook and Instagram advertising only. The system does not manage other platforms — the focus on one channel is deliberate, and in exchange that channel is covered deeply.
How the rollout works
Your team installs and configures nothing. From you: access and a description of your processes.
Process review
How you manage accounts, what you check by hand, what your client reports look like. From that comes the list of what is worth automating first.
Connecting the accounts
Client ad accounts are connected through the platforms' own tools. Ownership of the accounts does not change — neither yours nor your clients'.
Configuring the rules
Alert thresholds, target metrics, change limits and report format — set to your agency's standards, not to abstract defaults.
Handover to the team
We run the full cycle on live accounts and show your managers how to read alerts and work with change plans.
A one-off rollout for the agency. Not a per-seat licence and not a per-account fee.
Compare it with the alternatives: one more specialist on the routine is at least €450 every month, which is €5,400 a year, plus onboarding and supervision. Automation platforms charge a subscription that grows with your turnover. Here the rollout is paid once, and support is added only if you need it.
Included in the price
- Deployment of the agency's own system instance
- A Telegram bot for the team and connection of client ad accounts
- Monitoring rules and limits configured to your standards
- A live dashboard on a secret link for every client
- Weekly and monthly reports set up
- A full end-to-end test run and team training
What technically happens to your clients' access
You answer to your clients for their ad accounts, so the “what about access” question gets specifics here, not reassurances.
Client logins and passwords are never handed over
The connection goes through standard partner access in Meta Business Manager — the same mechanism the client already used to grant rights to your agency. Ownership of the accounts does not change.
Revoking access is on your side
Any account can be disconnected in Business Manager settings without contacting us. Ending the arrangement does not turn into a support ticket.
The instance is deployed for your agency
Your own database, your own server, your own bot. Your clients' data is never mixed with other agencies' — there is no shared store here.
Statistics do not go anywhere
They are used only to analyse your clients' advertising: not sold, not passed to third parties, not used to train anyone's models. Client dashboards open on a long secret link and are closed to search engines.
More detail in the privacy policy. We work under contract: before the start you receive a document describing the scope, the timing and the payment terms.

Account management without a specialist on payroll
The routine on each project costs you at least €450 a month of your team's working time, over and over. The system is configured once and lifts that load from every connected account. Tell me how many projects you run and we will work out how many hours it frees up in your case.
- Conversation free and without obligation
- 30 minutes — I'll show the system on live accounts
- You can start with one or two clients rather than the whole portfolio
